Description

Site work for a mixed-use development in Waialua, Hawaii. Completed plans call for site work for a educational facility.

This project consists of site improvements at the University of Hawaii at Manoa's Poamoho Research Station. The scope of work includes demolition and removal of existing office building, hazardous material abatement, erosion and sediment control, pavement reconstruction, concrete sidewalks, water tank and pump station, sewer line connection to IWS, construction of new Multipurpose building, mechanical, electrical, and miscellaneous related work; and miscellaneous related work. The deadline to submit requests for clarification of the requirements of this IFB has been extended to June 3, 2026. All clarification requests shall be submitted via HePS QUESTIONS AND ANSWERS section, and all responses shall be issued in an addendum
