The Emergence Health Network is requesting proposals for an office remodel located at 1600 Montana. Question Deadline 05/29/2026 at 3:00 PM MT Any questions or additional information required by interested vendors must be emailed to bidquestions@ehnelpaso.org SCOPE The scope of work shall be executed in Phase 1 and Phase 2 in that order of sequence as indicated in Appendix J (JMT Construction Drawings). The improvements will enhance the functionality and efficiency of its services. The work includes demolition of existing interior walls and all building systems throughout the areas of work respectively. The new work in Phase 1 includes a new lobby, interview rooms, staff and public restrooms, offices, mechanical, plumbing, and electrical upgrades. The new work in Phase 2 includes processing, triage, offices, diversion, sobering spaces, a nurse station, and restroom and shower rooms. Mechanical, plumbing, and electrical upgrades are included as well. The existing facility not being remodeled will remain fully operational throughout the duration of construction and operating continuously, twenty-four (24) hours per day, seven (7) days per week, three hundred sixty-five (365) days per year. The project shall be substantially completed by November 20, 2026.
