The School Division is seeking proposals for the supply, installation, configuration, and support of a digital Classroom Audio Enhancement System. The system is intended to improve speech intelligibility, classroom communication, accessibility, and multimedia audio distribution within instructional environments. The solution must provide effective audio coverage for classrooms up to 300 m2 (3230 ft2) with consistent sound distribution and minimal dead zones or uneven coverage. It must be optimized for educational speech intelligibility (supporting at least 200 Hz - 7.5 kHz) and reduce teacher vocal strain via clear, even voice reinforcement. The speaker system must have integrated distributed loudspeaker technology or equivalent, at least 80 watts amplifier output, and a multi-speaker array designed for classroom acoustics. The system should use license-free wireless technology in the 2.4 GHz spectrum or equivalent, adaptive automatic frequency hopping or similar interference mitigation, a minimum 25-meter wireless microphone range, support for multiple systems operating simultaneously, and integrated Bluetooth audio capability (version 4.2 or newer). It also requires auxiliary audio input/output (at least 3.5 mm input and line-level output or equivalent), multimedia playback (with at least 100 Hz - 20 kHz bandwidth), and independent voice/multimedia volume controls accessible to staff.
