The College is requesting proposals from qualified professional design firms to provide architectural and engineering design services for capital work at the Chemeketa Community College Woodburn Center Science Labs. Firms must have not less than five years of public project experience within the state of Oregon. The work is funded by a recently passed General Obligation Bond and other potential revenue sources, for a period through December 31, 2031. The College reserves the right to reject any non-compliant or otherwise unsuitable proposals.
