Carol Brown Way - Machine pave with new asphalt, starting at the intersection of U.S. Route 5 to the intersection of Old Route 5 approximately 0.13 miles, mill, liquid tack, base shim with type II at 2.5" levelling course from U.S. Route 5 to the west end of parking lot of Putney Coop. Remaining road will receive liquid tack and .5" shim with 1" overlay, type IV. Completion project(s), by September 30, 2026.
