Renovation of an office development in Ottawa, Ontario. Completed plans call for the renovation of a office development.
Repairs are required to address the affected washrooms from the 3rd floor down to the basement level of the South Tower as a result of a drain leak originating on the 3rd floor South Tower. The intent of this project is to re-instate the damaged areas; the scope of work includes but is not limited to thorough clean-up of all impacted areas, re-insulation of pipes within service shafts, drywall repairs and finishings. All necessary measures will need be taken to restore the areas to their original condition.
