Closing Time: 2:30 PM NT ** Please note that there has been 2 addendum issued for this project. ** Marine Atlantic Inc. invites offers from qualified vendors for the PAB Dock Debris Removal and Site Remediation Project at the Marine Atlantic Ferry Terminal site in Port-aux-Basques, Newfoundland and Labrador. The work includes mobilizing and demobilizing all necessary personnel, vessels, diving systems, lifting equipment, tools, and support resources; performing a pre-construction underwater inspection and reporting debris conditions; coordinating all diving, lifting, and marine activities to avoid disturbing vessel traffic and terminal operations; removing harbour debris such as boulders, concrete, steel, timber, and miscellaneous construction debris within specified limits using selected means and methods; handling, transporting, and disposing of debris in accordance with the approved Site-Specific Environmental Protection Plan and at approved facilities; performing a final underwater inspection with the Owner's Representative as required and correcting any deficiencies or remaining debris; removing all temporary works, equipment, and waste to leave the site in a clean, safe, and orderly condition; and providing all supervision, labour, materials, tools, equipment, hoisting, transportation, handling, storage, disposal, and services required for complete execution of the work. Prior to commencement, the contractor must prepare, submit, and implement for approval a Construction Schedule, Site-Specific Safety Plan, Site-Specific Environmental Protection Plan, and Project Execution Methodology including proposed diving schedule, approach, and lifting/rigging plans.
