This request is intended to establish contract pricing for the period July 1, 2026 through June 30, 2027, with an option to renew for an additional one-year extension through June 30, 2028. All responses must be submitted before the deadline. No late responses will be reviewed. Bidders may not withdraw their bids for at least sixty days after the scheduled closing time for receiving bids. The City of Ames reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to waive informalities, and to make such awards as deemed to be in the best interest of the City.
