Project Scope: The work (Project) includes furnishing all labor, materials, equipment, services, and incidentals for the Boca Raton Hidden Valley, Pump Station. The upgrades include modifications and enhancements to the building's architecture, structural strengthening, modifications to the existing process mechanical system, and upgrades to the mechanical and electrical equipment inside the building. This project will also include miscellaneous site improvements, including civil, mechanical, electrical, and all incidentals required to complete the project in conformance with the Contract Documents. All work shall comply with Contract Documents and permit conditions, and include all ancillary components, testing and restoration work, as necessary.
