The improvements include a new two-lane roadway and roundabout with a landscaped median and sidewalks to enhance safety and comfort for drivers, pedestrians, and cyclists. The connection of Timnath Parkway will improve mobility, support future development, and establish a northern gateway to Old Town Timnath. The project work includes (but not necessarily limited to) earthwork operations, construction of a single-lane roundabout, HMA roadway, pedestrian and bicycle infrastructure, storm sewer system improvements, pre-cast concrete boxes, landscaping, utility relocation coordination, signage and striping, traffic control operations.
