Reference Number 0000423859 This Invitation for Bid (IFB) is for the redevelopment of the technological infrastructure of the Emergency Operations Center (EOC) servicing Park County, Colorado. The scope of work includes, but is not limited to, system upgrades, confrencing upgrades, switch upgrades, video displays, video sources, audio and video conferencing, audio sources, control interface power and surge conditioning, equipment relocation, and network improvements. All interested entities must have prior experience with buildng and/or improving a government EOC. The vendor chosen to complete this work will be working closely with both the Information Systems staff as well as the staff of the Office of Emergency Management.
