West Whiteland Township is soliciting bids for the 2026 Roadway Paving Program, which covers six roads totaling approximately 19,500 square yards of milling and paving. The work includes milling bituminous asphalt, paving with Superpave Asphalt Mixture for approximately 19,500 square yards, line painting of single white and double yellow centerlines, additional roadway legends, and an add alternate for retrofitting four ADA ramps to meet ADA compliance. Bids must be submitted online via PennBid. Prevailing wages apply, and liquidated damages may be assessed at a rate of $885.00 per calendar day after September 30th, 2026, for unfinished work. The Municipality reserves the right to reject any or all proposals.
