The work consists of providing annual maintenance services for uninterruptible power supply (UPS) systems in accordance with the attached Statement of Work. Services shall be performed exclusively by an authorized Eaton Field Service Engineer and include all required labor, supervision, and OEM-approved procedures necessary to inspect, maintain, and service the UPS equipment to ensure continued reliable operation. The contractor shall provide pricing broken out for the base period and four option years, comply with invoicing through Wide Area Workflow, and perform services within the defined period of performance. All services must meet applicable quality, delivery, and performance requirements, and be supported by full OEM specifications as part of the contractor's quote.
