Description

Renovation of a military facility in Roseville, California. Working plans call for the renovation of a military facility.

Project Has Been Cancelled. The Contractor shall provide all materials, labor, bonds, licenses, insurance, equipment, tools, permits, taxes, transportation, and fees to replace the gate operator, keypad and all related components as outlined in the Statement of Work. All work shall be in accordance with the terms, conditions, and requirements of this Invitation for Bid (IFB). The prime contractor MUST possess a type D-28 - Doors, Gates and Activating Devices license. All questions regarding this IFB MUST be submitted to Joy Lubic at Joy.Lubic@cmd.ca.gov no later than 5:00 PM on 5/6/2026. Email subject lines must reference IFB No. 127675. Sitewalkthrough notes: Bidders who do not remain for the entire pre-bid job walk may be considered non-responsive and may not be allowed to bid on this project. Prospective bidders may obtain directions to the pre-bid job walk site by contacting Joy Lubic at Joy.Lubic@cmd.ca.gov.
