This project solicits proposals for providing all labor, material, equipment, transportation, and services necessary to perform, in accordance with manufacturer O&M manuals and technical bulletins, all elevator/escalator repairs and maintenance, including code compliant upgrades and overtime service, on a Time and Materials basis. The work covers multiple locations: Lot #1 Campus Residence, Lot #2 West Campus (including Main Campus, Southampton Campus, Research and Development Campus, Selden Campus, Sunwood), Lot #3 University Hospital, HSC, BST, Cancer Center, the MART, and Lot #4 L.I. Veterans Home at the State University of New York at Stony Brook. Failure to attend the mandatory pre-bid site visit will result in rejection of a proposal. Only questions and answers posted on the Q&A Board are official. Any proposal received after the deadline will not be accepted. Bidders must register their company on the web-based solution powered by Jaggaer to access the bid documents. Contracting goals include 6% Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Business (SDVOB), 15% Minority Business Enterprise (MBE), and 15% Women Business Enterprise (WBE) participation. Previously awarded substantially similar contracts are listed for reference.
