Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in North Charleston, South Carolina. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.

Resurfacing multiple parking lots and roadways surrounding the North Charleston Coliseum and Performing Arts Center. Parking lot and roadway areas will be separated by sections and constructed in phases to maintain partial site access and minimize disruptions to scheduled events at each venue. The contract also includes the conversion of an existing gravel lot into a fully improved parking facility under a design-build delivery method including but not limited to asphalt pavement, curbing, and drainage infrastructure. The work will need to be coordinated with the City of North Charleston to accommodate upcoming events at the surrounding venues during the entire length of the contract. Each bid must be accompanied by a Bid Bond made payable to the Owner, for an amount equal to not less than 5% of the total bid as a guarantee that, if the bid is accepted, the required Agreement will be executed and that a 100% Performance Bond and 100% Payment Bond will be furnished. Checks, regardless of form, will not be accepted.
