Project Summary The CISSS de la Monteregie-Centre wishes to issue a call for tenders for the construction of a new food service facility and the installation of a ventilation unit outside the building at the Gertrude-Lafrance Centre. The whole as specified in the various sections of the administrative, descriptive, and in the plans and specifications, in compliance with municipal regulations, standards, and laws applicable to this project. The work covered by this call for tenders includes, but is not limited to, the implementation of containment measures necessary for the safe execution of the work, the demolition and reconstruction of the existing ceiling, as well as a portion of the floor, the redevelopment of the kitchen, as well as the installation and passage of new ventilation pipes. Outside the building, the project involves the construction of a concrete slab intended to accommodate a new ventilation unit. All the work must be carried out in a cohabitation context, taking into account the occupants and the ongoing activities. In order to avoid any disruption of services, some interventions may need to be performed outside normal working hours, including during the evening, at night or on weekends.
