Procurement, installation, integration, testing, commissioning, documentation, training, and maintenance of a modernized Electronic Security System to enhance the physical and electronic security posture of the installation. Work includes providing a complete, integrated, and fully operational system encompassing access control, video surveillance, security monitoring, perimeter gate controls, and perimeter fencing improvements. The scope may include a physical access control management system compatible with the existing environment currently using AMAG Symmetry, HID-compatible credential readers, handheld credential verification and badge scanning devices functionally equivalent to Telaeris XPID201, and a video surveillance and video management platform capable of integrating with or providing functionality comparable to Milestone Professional+. The contractor shall furnish all required personnel, supervision, equipment, materials, software, licensing, servers, workstations, cabling, mounting hardware, networked components, storage and recording capability, monitoring displays, sensors, safety devices, testing instruments, and documentation necessary to deliver a compliant system. The completed system must support government security operations, including access management, monitoring and recording of entry control points, centralized viewing, guard force operations, and response to unauthorized access or security events, while meeting all applicable federal, DoD, Army, USACE, cybersecurity, supply-chain, physical security, antiterrorism, operations security, and Unified Facilities Criteria requirements.
