Indefinite-Delivery Indefinite-Quantity roof repair and replacement services consisting of demolition, repair, replacement, modification, and new installation of a wide variety of roofing systems and associated building envelope components. Work includes thermoset, thermoplastic, fluid-applied, hydrostatic and hydrokinetic metal, and bituminous layered roofing systems, as well as sloped and low-slope roof construction. Associated building envelope repairs include masonry tuckpointing, brickwork replacement, foundation repairs, parapets, lintels, sills, flashing, headers, terracotta parapets, windows, doors, facades, walls, thermal membranes, stairs, and railings. Incidental work includes general construction and specialty trades, removal and handling of hazardous materials such as asbestos, PCBs, and lead-contaminated materials, and compliance with all applicable construction standards, building and life-safety codes, and environmental regulations. Work may be performed on occupied facilities of varying types including administrative, industrial, warehouse, maintenance, communications, training, medical, recreational, food service, and support facilities. The contractor shall provide all labor, materials, equipment, tools, transportation, supervision, safety and safety measures, surveys, scoping, layout, testing, and management necessary to execute task orders issued under the contract. The anticipated contract term is five years consisting of a base period with four option years, with a total construction magnitude between $25,000,000 and $100,000,000. One IDIQ contract is contemplated, and individual projects will be administered by the base where the work is performed.
