Site work for a civil project in Norfolk, Virginia. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project; and water / sewer project.
The City is seeking a responsible vendor to provide and install an ornamental anti-climb, steel, and industrial fence around the Chesterfield Heights Water Tank and Pump Station, located at 2825 Stanhope Avenue, Norfolk, VA, 23504. The Contractor shall deliver and install fence in accordance with all requirements and specifications provided herein: a. The fence shall be an ornamental anti-climb, steel, industrial-grade fence. b. The fence shall be approximately 842 linear feet plus one 16-foot double swing gate. c. Fence panels shall be Maverick-I Guardian Plus 3, Rail Traditional Panel, or equivalent in design and construction. d. Fence panels shall be 8-feet tall and shall include one 16-foot-wide double swing gate for the front entrance of the facility. e. Picketsshall be at a minimum 1-inch square and 14 Guage (GA), furnished with anti-climb, curved and pointed 17-degree security style, matching an existing fence located at 2831 Kimball Terr., Norfolk, VA 23503.
