The County of Currituck, North Carolina is requesting bids for ADA Accessibility Improvements Construction at the Currituck County Judicial Center, located at 2801 Caratoke Highway, Currituck, North Carolina. Bids must be submitted by email and received by 5:00 p.m. Eastern Standard Time on May 28, 2026. Bidders are responsible for ensuring their bid is received by the County. Complete contract documents in digital format are available upon request. There will be a non-mandatory pre-bid meeting at the project site. Questions or requests for clarification must be submitted in writing by the specified deadline. The project will be awarded to the lowest responsive, responsible bidder. Bidders must meet North Carolina licensing requirements. The County encourages participation from small businesses, women-owned, minority-owned, veteran, and service-disabled veteran owned businesses. The County reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive informalities and defects as it deems in its best interest. Bids cannot be withdrawn for 30 days after the deadline. When the project will be re-tendered is undetermined at this time.
