Renovation of a warehouse / distribution facility in Whitby, Ontario. Completed plans call for the renovation of a warehouse / distribution facility.
The scope of work is to supply construction labour and materials for the supply and installation of a replacement generator at the Durham Retail Service Centre in Whitby, Ontario as per enclosed drawings and specifications. Bidders must attend a mandatory site/information meeting at the Durham Retail Service Centre. Bidders are required to review all documents and visit the site prior to this meeting. Bidders must be registered, attend for the entire meeting, and sign in. The meeting is for bidders to familiarize themselves with the site and ascertain the full extent of the work. Bidders should provide a written list of questions to the ITT contact for official responses after the site visit. Responses to questions received via email will be formally published through addenda. Site meeting safety requirements include wearing hard hats, safety shoes, and high visibility vests. Attendance at the mandatory site meeting is required; non-attendance will disqualify bidders from submitting a bid. Bidders are requested to review all documents and visit the site prior to attending this meeting. Bidders must be registered and be present for the entire meeting from the time the meeting is called to order until the meeting is adjourned and must sign-in. The site/information meeting is for bidders to familiarize themselves with the site and ascertain the full extent of the work required for this ITT. The LCBO is requesting bidders to provide a written list of questions to the ITT Contact, that they wish the LCBO to address upon conclusion of the site visit. Verbal responses to questions provided by the LCBO during site visits are neither official nor binding. Responses to questions received via email will be published formally through addenda format. Representatives from LCBO Procurement Services, Store Development departments and architectural consultant for this Project may be in attendance. Site Meeting Safety Requirements – Bidders who attend the site meeting must wear the following personal protective equipment.
