Project includes the construction of a new exterior site improvements that includes the bid scopes of work for the new parking lot listed below. Bid Packages Contained in this Advertisement for Bid Group No. 02 - Rebid 26.0 Electrical 31.0 Earthwork 32.0 Paving 32.1 Sodding Bids over $50,000 will be required to include payment and performance bond bonds in their bid amount. Additional bid packages may be issued later as required. Women-owned and minority business enterprises are encouraged to participate in this project. A 5% Bid Bond or Certified or cashier's check is required for bids more than $50,000.00. The Owner has the right to reject any or all bids. All requests for a copy of the bid documents and/or questions need to be directed to the Construction Manager. Pre-Bid RFI Deadline Wednesday, May 27, 2026 at 08:00 am All questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents areto be submitted to Engineer in writing. Interpretations or clarifications considered necessary by Enginer in response to such questions will be issuedby Addenda mailed or delivered to all parties recordedby Enginer as having received the Bidding Documents. Questions received less than ten days prior to the date for opening of Bids may not be answered. Only questions answeredby Addenda will be binding. Oral and other interpretations or clarifications will be without legal effect. Parking will be available to the south of the Airport Road in the gravel parking lot next to the softball fields. Following the pre-bid meeting a visit are the project site will be available for all attendees. The Construction Manager strongly encourages the earthwork and paving contractors to attend.
