The scope includes excavation and removal of the existing underground fuel oil tank and replacement with two (2) 1,135 litre double-wall aboveground tanks in the sprinkler room adjacent to the mechanical room. Upon removal of the existing underground fuel oil tank, the area will be tested for contaminated soil.
