Question Deadline 05/27/2026 Bidder shall submit all questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents to Engineer in writing. Interpretations or clarifications considered necessary by Engineer in response to such questions will be issued by Addenda delivered to all registered plan holders. Questions received less than seven days prior to the date for opening of Bids may not be answered. Install approximately 2,000 linear feet of 8", 6" and 2" PVC waterline along Rice Road and 1st Avenue. Plug and abandon existing 6" and 4" waterlines in place. Additional work includes installing new tees and valves, reconnecting existing water meters, installing new cul-de-sac blowoff, installing new fire hydrants, standard trench-patch, in-kind road paint replacement, and landscape restoration. Bidders are instructed to plainly identify the Project name, Bidder name, and Bidder's contractor's license number on the envelope or email body when submitting bids. All documents must be combined into a single PDF file when submitting by email. Bidders are responsible for calling the Mapleton Water District before the proposal deadline to confirm their bid was received. Official notifications, addenda, and bidding documents will be offered only through the designated website, and prospective bidders are urged to register as plan holders even if bidding documents are obtained from other sources. Partial sets of bidding documents will not be available from the Issuing Office. Pre-qualification: Required
