The scope of work for this bid includes, but is not limited to the following: Selective demolition of a commercial building (approximately 80,000 sf) MEP systems and interior finishes to return the commercial building to a tenant-ready core and shell. Demolition of interior walls, doors, windows, ceilings, light fixtures, carpet and gym flooring. Refinishing the building with drywall patching and paint. Limited roof and siding repairs at penetrations. HVAC, fire sprinkler, electrical, fire alarm and plumbing safe off, removal and reconfiguration. This project is a PREVAILING WAGE project therefore no bid will be received or considered unless the Bid contains a statement by the bidder, as part of the bid, that "Contractor agrees to be bound by and will comply with the applicable provisions of 279C.838, 279C.840 or 40 U.S.C. 3141 to 3148." QA date - 5-22-2026 Any and all such interpretations and any supplemental instruction will be in the form of written addenda to the Bidding Documents which, if issued, will be mailed or transmitted via email to all prospective Bidders (to the respective addresses and email addresses furnished for such purposes) not later than seventy-two (72) hours prior to the date and time fixed for the opening of the Bids.
