The Project includes the following Work: Replacement of asphalt pavement, base course material, curb and gutter, and sidewalk along Ross Avenue between Schofield Ave. (Bus. 51) and Metro Drive; Replacement of existing water main with new 10-inch ductile iron water main, and associated valves, hydrants, and services; Modifications to portions of the existing gravity sanitary sewer and storm sewer utilities. The City of Schofield reserves the right to reject the bid by a contractor when answers in the Proof of Responsibility and financial statement are not satisfactory or sufficient. Condition of Employment The work described herein is subject to the provisions of 66.0901 and 66.0903 and other applicable sections of the Wisconsin Statutes. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to waive any informalities in bidding and to award the contract(s) in the best interests of the Owner. No bid shall be withdrawn for a period of 60 days after the bid opening.
