Comprehensive cleaning services are requested, including daily cleaning of general classrooms and offices (sweeping and mopping floors, vacuuming carpets, sanitizing high-touch surfaces, emptying trash and recycling bins, cleaning whiteboards, and spot-cleaning glass on doors and internal partitions). Restroom cleaning is a high priority and requires scrubbing and disinfecting toilets, urinals, and sinks; cleaning and polishing mirrors, faucets, and soap dispensers; refilling paper towels, toilet tissue, and hand soap; mopping floors with a hospital-grade disinfectant and ensuring floor drains are clear; and spot-cleaning walls and partitions. Cafeteria and kitchen areas require thorough disinfection of lunch tables and benches, power scrubbing or deep mopping floors after lunch shifts, and immediate removal of food waste. Periodic deep cleaning includes weekly dusting of high-reach areas and buffing and polishing hard floors, and monthly deep cleaning of window tracks, blinds, and windows. Safety and compliance standards require the use of EcoLogo or Green Seal certified products, a color-coded microfiber system to prevent cross-contamination, maintenance of Safety Data Sheets for all chemicals used, and ensuring all windows and doors are locked and alarms set at the end of the nightly shift.
