Sealed bids are requested for the demolition of an existing fire-totaled 2-story townhouse duplex at 1500 10th Street, Clarkston, WA (Units 9/10). The project includes demolition of the structure and backfill and compaction to existing grade. All bids must be delivered under seal and clearly marked with the project name. Bids received after the specified deadline will not be considered. No bidder may withdraw their bid after the hour set for opening unless the award is delayed for more than 60 days. All plans, specifications, and proposal forms are available for examination at designated locations.
