The City of Ormond Beach is seeking quotes to perform predictive modeling and statistical analysis for the Lead Service Line Inventory (LSLI) under the Safe Drinking Water Act, Title 40 Part 141.80. The work includes collecting and processing data from the initial LSLI, producing an initial batch of targeted locations for field inspections (to be performed by the City) that are representative of the system, processing and updating targeted locations as field results are completed, utilizing machine learning methods to process field inspection data, providing classification for all unknown service lines in accordance with EPA and FDEP guidelines, and providing further predictive modeling and statistical analysis until LCRI compliance is met.
