The selected consultant will develop a comprehensive strategy for the effective utilization, governance, and pricing of the Garver Theater. The strategy must maximize community benefit, financial sustainability, and operational efficiency while aligning with the District's mission and stakeholder needs. The consultant will conduct interviews and/or workshops with multiple stakeholders to identify needs, constraints, and priorities for a shared-use model, create strategies to increase access for performing arts organizations and artists, define a shared-use model balancing school and community needs, establish a transparent and equitable rate structure, develop a tiered usage priority hierarchy, calculate fully burdened cost of use, detail a community engagement strategy, and recommend governance and operational policies aligned with best practices. Instructions to bidders: Proposals must be typewritten, concise, signed by an authorized individual, and submitted in 8 x 11 format. Proposals should address business information, relevant project experience, references, project understanding and approach, project team, scope of services and deliverables, timeline, cost proposal, and legal and administrative information. Do not contact decision-makers or staff other than the listed representative regarding the RFP or project. All costs for proposal preparation are the bidder's responsibility. Proposals become property of the District and are subject to disclosure laws. The District may use any information in the proposals, reject any or all applicants, and waive any irregularities or informalities in the process. Proposals must be received by the specified deadline to be considered. All work performed must conform to District and relevant governmental requirements.
