Site work and new construction of a mixed-use development in Camas, Washington. Completed plans call for the construction of a three-story above grade municipal facility; and three-story above grade fire / police facility.
Complete Structural Concrete for the Camas-Washougal Fire Department Headquarters and Station #41. The project includes new administrative offices and fire station, full site redevelopment including the vacation of formerly NE Everett Street into a new plaza, a split level three-story building structure constructed with concrete and structural steel. The building envelope will be finished with brick veneer, metal panel, and glazed windows. The interior will include a public lobby, support spaces, and four apparatus bays. All bids must be submitted through the Building Connected Sealed Bids platform, which will not accept late submissions and late bids will not be reviewed.
