Site work for a water / sewer project in Camas, Washington. Completed plans call for site work for a one-story above grade water / sewer project.
The project is for water system improvements consisting of approximately 1452 linear feet of 18-inch diameter, and 10 linear feet of 24-inch diameter water main, including valves, fittings, thrust blocks, restraint devices, trench excavation and backfill, surface restoration, and other appurtenances in the City of Camas, Clark County, Washington in the northeast of the intersection of SE 6th Avenue and SE Polk Street. The contractor is required to pay prevailing wages per Washington State Department of Labor and Industries rates for Clark County effective December 16, 2025. Prospective bidders are strongly encouraged to participate in the scheduled pre-bid walk and must not make unauthorized or unscheduled visits to the site. Bidders are instructed to access free-of-charge project bid documents (plans, specifications, addenda, and Bidders List) through the Builders Exchange of Washington (BXWA) website, under Posted Projects, Public Works, and City of Camas. The City reserves the right to reject any or all proposals, waive minor irregularities or informalities, and award the project to the lowest responsible bidder. The City also reserves the right to delete any or all portions of individual bid items.
