The work includes the installation, connection, testing, and commissioning of one Owner-pre-purchased outdoor Unit Substation (E-House) complete with a medium voltage switchgear lineup along with all associated ancillary equipment particular to the installation and other related services. The work also includes decommissioning, demolition, disposal, and partial salvaging of the existing incoming BC Hydro service switchgear lineup, associated dry-type station transformer, and Motor Control Centre (MCC). Following removal of the existing equipment, the Contractor is responsible for the installation, connection, testing, and commissioning of a new dry-type station transformer supplied by the Contractor and a new Owner-pre-purchased MCC.
