The Township of Havelock-Belmont-Methuen seeks to enter a contractual arrangement for the placement of double layer surface treatment on the Post Rd within the Township. The contract requires the supply and placement of surface treatment as specified in Part E – Specifications. All work must be completed on or before September 18th, 2026, and failure to complete the work by the specified dates may result in Liquidated Damages. Qualified contractors are invited to submit tenders. To qualify, a contractor must have at least ten years of experience in placing surface treatment and performing similar work. Detailed requirements for submission are outlined in the Tender Documents, which include: Information to Bidders, Form of Tender (including Agreement to Bond, Contractor’s Experience Record, Addendum acknowledgment, and Schedule of Prices), Form of Agreement, General Terms and Conditions, and Specifications.
