Provides all materials, labor, engineering support, technical drawings, and installation services required to replace an obsolete fire alarm control panel aboard a U.S. Coast Guard vessel. The work includes furnishing and installing a Salwico Consilium Model 5831813-00A fire alarm panel, brand name only, with no alternates accepted, and performing all associated integration and commissioning activities in accordance with the statement of work. The replacement requires specialized technical expertise due to the obsolete Mircom PRO-2000XS fire alarm system being removed and the need to integrate the new system with the vessels existing Machinery Control and Monitoring System (MCMS). The scope includes development of prototype and final installation drawings and plans, engineering and drafting support, system programming, integration, testing, and installation services necessary to ensure full operational compatibility with shipboard systems. Contractors must demonstrate familiarity and prior experience with obsolete Mircom fire alarm systems, Salwico Consilium marine fire detection systems or comparable Consilium applications, and integration of fire detection systems with MCMS on maritime vessels. Vendors must be authorized Salwico Consilium dealers and provide OEM authorization documentation, product data sheets, and a detailed technical and cost breakdown for review. The work must be executed within the revised period of performance from June 2, 2026 through August 14, 2026, while meeting all operational and scheduling constraints of the vessel. Award will be made on a best-value basis considering price and non-price factors, including technical capability, relevant past performance, technical understanding, quotation completeness, and performance risk. Failure to provide sufficient technical detail, past performance information, or required OEM documentation may render a quotation technically unacceptable. Any questions or concerns regarding any aspect of the RFQ must be forwarded to Ms. Jackie Handley at email address - Jacqueline.D.Handley@uscg.mil and carbon copy Contracting Officer, SKC Patricia Fremming via email Patricia.M.Fremming@uscg.mil Location: CGC Charles Sexton, 100 Trumbo Point Road, Key West, FL 33040.
