The purpose of this notice is to identify qualified small business concerns capable of performing interior repair and renovation work for planning purposes only. This is not a solicitation and does not obligate the Government to award a contract or reimburse any costs incurred by respondents. The New Hampshire Air National Guard, 157th Air Refueling Wing, is researching a small-scale interior renovation project within Building 145 consisting of office space in a single-story facility that must remain partially operational throughout construction. The scope of work includes a comprehensive interior update involving the repair or replacement of approximately 900 square feet of drywall and the application of paint to approximately 1,250 square feet of wall surface. The project also requires installation of approximately 400 square feet of wall cavity insulation. Flooring and overhead improvements are included, consisting of installation of approximately 600 square feet of new carpet, installation of approximately 600 square feet of ceiling tiles, and repair of approximately 300 square feet of the existing ceiling grid. All work will be performed in accordance with the attached specifications and within an estimated project magnitude between $25,000 and $100,000 as defined by FAR 36.204(c). The Method of Contractor Selection has not been determined at this Time. *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document.
