Site work for a mixed-use development in Brunswick, Maryland. Conceptual plans call for site work for a road / highway; and sidewalk / parking lot.
The City of Brunswick, Maryland ('City') invites qualified professional engineering firms to submit proposals to provide design-phase engineering services only for the Phase 2A and Phase 2B North Maple Avenue Sidewalk Improvement Project. The selected Consultant will prepare a complete, bid-ready design package suitable for public advertisement and subsequent construction procurement. Construction, construction inspection, construction administration, and construction management services are expressly excluded. Project Location: Phase 2A - North Maple Avenue (West J Street to West F Street) Phase 2B - North Maple Avenue (Souder Road to Maple Terrace Lane) with tentative award on June 9, 2026. DESIGN PROJECT MUST START N.L.T. JULY 1, 2026 DESIGN COMPLETION DATE BY: January 31, 2027 The City reserves the right to increase or decrease the quantities to be purchased at the prices quoted. Method of contractor selection has not been determined at this time.
