The Town of Payson is seeking qualified and experienced aquatic facility contractors or design-build teams to provide professional services for the rehabilitation, modernization, and potential expansion of the Taylor Pool and Bathhouse. The project involves evaluating existing conditions, developing constructible and code-compliant solutions, and delivering a safe, accessible, energy-efficient, and sustainable public aquatic facility. The scope includes rehabilitating the existing pool and bathhouse to meet current standards for accessibility (ADA), energy efficiency, mechanical and filtration systems, safety codes, and user capacity and functionality, as well as evaluating and pricing options for expansion to enhance community use. This will be a design-build project, and the selected firm or team will be responsible for both design and construction services.
