The existing interior of the restroom buildings at the Gadsden County SR 8 (I-10) Mile Marker 161 Rest Area will be rehabilitated. This includes replacing the electrical, plumbing (pipe chases, supply lines, sinks, toilets, urinals, etc.), stalls, mirror, changing stations, tile (floor and walls), and wall-mounted dryers and soap dispensers. All work will be done in Gadsden County. Prequalification per Rule 14-22 is not required. A Builders License or General Contractors License is required for this project. For buildings three stories or less in height, a Builders License or General Contractors License is acceptable. A copy of the license must be received prior to Award.
