Unless otherwise specified in the Solicitation, questions received less than ten (10) calendar days prior to the date for receipt of bids may not be answered. The goal of this project is to re-cover the existing 2-ply modified bitumen asphalt roof with a new cover board and a new 2-ply modified bitumen asphalt roof system. The existing roof will have wrinkles removed prior to installation of the new gypsum roof cover board and roofing. All new prefinished metal coping caps, scuppers, downspouts, metal roof splashes, flashings, accessories, and terminations are included in the work. Bidders are instructed to submit only online bids; emailed and hard copies delivered by any method will not be accepted. Bidders must enter $0.00 for contract amount in the e-procurement system and enter the actual contract amount on the "Official Bid Document," which must be submitted as an attachment in the e-procurement system. The entire Official Bid Document and Bid Bond (if required) should be combined as one PDF and uploaded. Bidders should ensure that all account information is current, as this information will carry forward to the contract if awarded. Plans and specifications must be obtained online; contractors who receive them from other sources will not be registered as planholders and will not receive addenda.
