Sealed bids are requested for the purchase of pole mount transformers for the Electric Department. Bids must be submitted on the required bid sheet and mailed in an envelope clearly marked “POLE MOUNT BID.” Any deviation from the specifications should be clearly noted. The City reserves the right to reject any or all bids and irregularities received. Preference will be given to materials, products, supplies, provisions, and all other articles produced, manufactured, made, or grown within the State of Missouri. The transformers must be single phase, pole mount conventional, 12470Y/7200 volt primary to 120/240 volt secondary, single primary bushing, double hangers, no taps required, pressure relief valve, with flipper/fuse and polymer arrester mounted prior to shipment.
