Description

Renovation of a religious / funeral development in Natchez, Mississippi. Conceptual plans call for the renovation of a religious / funeral development.

Provide historic preservation architecture and design services for the preparation of a Historic Structures Report and rehabilitation design for the Historic Caretaker's Lodge. The work includes conducting a comprehensive condition assessment and documenting the building's history and architectural features, preparing a Historic Structures Report in the required National Cemetery Administration format, and developing rehabilitation plans and specifications consistent with the Secretary of the Interior's Standards and NCA Master Specifications. The contractor shall also prepare a detailed cost estimate suitable for use as an Independent Government Estimate and submit a complete project schedule for all deliverables, with performance anticipated to be completed within a 270-day period. Location: Natchez National Cemetery, 41 Cemetery Road, Natchez, MS 39120. The Method of Contractor Selection has not been determined at this Time.
