All other terms and conditions remain unchanged. Provide grounds maintenance and landscaping services across Homestead Air Reserve Base. The contractor shall furnish all personnel, supervision, equipment, tools, materials, vehicles, and containers necessary to perform comprehensive grounds maintenance in accordance with the Performance Work Statement. Services include routine and as-needed mowing, trimming, edging, vegetation and invasive species control, pest control within defined limits, debris and branch removal, irrigation system maintenance for the track area, and maintenance activities in airfield and secured areas while coordinating with base operations. Work shall support continuous base operations, require flexibility around mission needs, and comply with airfield safety and access requirements. Services shall be performed under a firm-fixed-price structure with monthly CLINs for applicable line items over a base year and four option years.
