The project consists of furnishing all materials not specifically identified as owner-furnished, labor, tools, and equipment necessary to perform the required work. The scope includes the complete removal and replacement of boiler piping in the City Shops 300 building, including startup testing. To bid on this project, you must receive an e-mail directly from the City of Richland Purchasing Division. Only qualified contractors who have filled out an application to be on the MRSC Small Works Roster in the category of Facilities > Plumbing > Boilers and have been accepted at the time of bid release, and have been invited to bid on this project directly by the City of Richland Purchasing Division, may submit bids. All submittals, including a copy of the completed bid bond if required, shall be submitted electronically through Public Purchase.
