The Project will rehabilitate Pumping Plant #634 Temescal Canyon located on 15733 Pacific Coast Highway, Pacific Palisades 90272. The Temescal Pumping Plant is a “fill and draw” pumping plant consisting of a wet well, pump room, and control room. There are three (3) dry pit submersible pumps that cycle on and off at set wet well levels. Each pump has a rated flow of 3,300 gpm. The maximum design pumping plant discharge is 4,500 gpm. As of May 13, 2026, this project is in the conceptual phase. Information regarding a design firm and the general contractor selection timeline has not been disclosed. A firm construction timeline has not been released. *Project information has been obtained through a public capital improvement plan (CIP).
