Provides professional architectural and engineering services in accordance with the Brooks Act and FAR Subpart 36 for the Update Facility Infrastructure Drawings project. The work will be performed by a qualified Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business A-E firm selected based on demonstrated competence and qualifications. Services are anticipated to include the development and updating of facility infrastructure drawings and related professional support necessary to meet Department of Veterans Affairs requirements. The contract is expected to be firm-fixed-price, with an estimated project duration of approximately 405 calendar days, inclusive of VA review periods. All services shall be performed in compliance with applicable federal regulations, VA acquisition regulations, and professional standards.
