The Town of Amberg is seeking bids for the construction of Dow Dam Road & Grant Street (ARIP), which includes roughly 3.39 miles of road work: about 2.72 miles will involve pulverize and relay with spot areas of full depth reconstruction, and the remaining 0.67 miles will be a residential HMA overlay. At the Pike River Bridge, new guardrail end terminals will be installed. The road will also have spot areas of HMA curb and HMA flumes. This project is part of the Agricultural Roads Improvement Program (ARIP). The Town of Amberg reserves the right to accept or reject any and all bids at its discretion. No bid will be accepted unless accompanied by a bid security payable to the Town of Amberg in an amount not less than 5% of the base bid. Prevailing wage rates will not be required for this project.
