Renovation of a municipal facility in Altoona, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
Project consists of storm damage repair, and includes removal of damaged asphalt shingle roofing, installation of new underlayment, roofing, flashings at penetrations, and perimeter terminations of approximately 20 separate structures within the City. Sealed bids, submitted in accordance with the Invitation for Bids for Procurement No. 2025-08, Hobbs Partial Roof Replacement will be received through Quest until 2:00 p.m. Central Time on Wednesday, November 19th, 2025. Sealed bids can also be dropped off at Altoona City Hall or emailed to christienh@ci.altoona.wi.us prior to bid opening. The bids will be opened and made public in the Council Chambers, City Hall, 1303 Lynn Avenue, Altoona, Wisconsin within ten minutes after the bid submission deadline has passed.
