The Board of Blaine County Commissioners is accepting six-month bids for asphalt materials, road rock materials, corrugated polypropylene pipe (gray), culvert pipe, steel pipe, bridge materials, tanker cars for bridges, grader blades, concrete, roadside spraying, and machinery lease with and without operator. The contract period is from July 1, 2026, through December 31, 2026. Sealed bids must be presented to the Blaine County Clerk's Office no later than May 29, 2026, at 4:00 PM and will be opened on June 1, 2026, at 9:30 AM. Bidders must note the bid closing date on the envelope and include a signed and notarized affidavit on the required form supplied by the County Clerk. Purchases are not subject to state or federal taxes. Bids must specify freight terms if not included. No bond or letter of credit is required. The Board reserves the right to accept or reject any and all bids.
